Going on thirteen years, Philadelphia’s own Garrett "G. Love" Dutton is still doing his thing. G. Love, known for his outstanding live performances, always manages to bring it night after night. He has a fresh style all his own that blends blues, rap, rock, and funk, all tied together in a neat little package. His most recent release, “Lemonade”, featuring many all-star collaborations, is arguably his best work to date. It will quench your thirst for some freshly squeezed grooves.
At a recent sold out performance at Denver’s Fillmore Auditorium he had the crowd jumpin’. I caught up with G.Love between his two sold out performances in the Mile High City.
